Ms. Baxter has been with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming for nine years. In her role as Vice President of Operations, she oversees three successful branches while advising on seven other branches. She has launched two large outreach initiatives that have had an impact not only in Central Wyoming but statewide and across the nation. Under her tutelage, more than 275 organizations with a reach of 60,000 youth across 13 states have been trained in the Cowboy Ethics movement. After collaborating, facilitating and driving a 5-year plan and a $4 million campaign, the first Financial Literacy Center in Wyoming and in Boys & Girls Clubs of America was launched at the BGCCW Campus in 2016. More than 1,200 elementary students from the Natrona County School District have completed financial literacy programming at Young AmeriTowne: WyoTowne.

“Jessica is a driving force behind continuous improvement at BGCCW. Her enthusiasm and dedication to the movement motivates staff and leadership across the organization,” said Ashley Bright, CEO, BGCCW. “She isn’t afraid to tackle new challenges and does so with professionalism, tenacity, and a positive attitude. We are so proud to have her part of our organization.”

In addition to her role at the Boys & Girls Clubs, Ms. Baxter is active in her church music ministry alongside her husband and three children. Jessica also helps operate a summer camp for children with disabilities. Mr. and Mrs. Baxter share their hearts and home as foster parents.
