The community’s generous investment in the youth of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming is impacting young lives. To honor one of its supporters, the Glenrock branch is hosting “A Night for Kids.” This is a free event at the Higgins Hotel in Glenrock on Oct. 30, 2014, with doors opening at 6 p.m. and the program starting at 7 p.m. Seating is limited so reservations are encouraged. The event features a live and silent auction, live music by the Tremors, a magic show by Club alumnus Lazarus Benson, hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar.

Cameco will be the honored guest. As America’s largest Uranium producer, Cameco has been a valuable friend to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming, most recently funding the purchase of computers and additional resources to open the Cameco Tech Center at the Glenrock branch. This will provide Glenrock members access to technology and the opportunity to expand their knowledge in digital arts.
