About Us

In January, 2008, Dubois Youth Activities Inc. was established as a 501(c)(3) and later became a chartered branch of the Boys & Girls Club of America. In 2019, the Dubois branch merged with Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming. Designed to give the students a place, a plan and a program beyond what the public-school district offers. Boys & Girls Club of Dubois provides safe, structured, out-of-school and summer activities.

We serve kids elementary children as a partner with Lights On After school and our summer camp. Our after school program, along with our summer camp, serves the middle school and high school population.  We facilitate relationships with Club Members and aim to assist them in developing skills and achieving their goals. Over the past eight years, we have impacted the lives of over 600 youth within our community.

Madison Harper, Branch Director

Madison first discovered Dubois in 2012 when she got the opportunity to work for Absaroka Ranch. After 6 seasons at Absaroka, Madison went on to work for a community based non-profit in Salmon, Idaho as their Conservation Fellow. Her love of the non-profit sector grew and she joined BGCD's Team in November 2017 and was finally able to call Dubois, home.

``I never would have had the awesome experience I did this summer, without the Club. I’ve made new friends and have a best friend that I get to spend time with here.``

-Ezra, 13

``I am so thankful for the Club! Lani has grown so much in the last couple of years. She has become less shy and timid and really has come into her own. She has also found a real sense of adventure because of the Club!``

- Heather, Parent of Lani

``Your programs are literally changing the lives of my children each day. The experiences that they have here are one of a kind.``

- Dusty, Parent of Saven, 12 and Lakota, 14
