Time: Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m.

5-person team: $990 or $860 early-bird if you register by May 13
Individual golfer: $200 or $175 early-bird if you register by May 13
A hosted dinner and award ceremony to follow the tournament.
