Rick and Josephine have worked tirelessly and given selflessly to make Riverton a place residents are proud to call home.
A third-generation Riverton native, Rick and Josephine ran the family business, Gilpatrick Construction Company, for decades. Rick served as a Staff Sergeant in the Wyoming National Guard, and chaired the Wyoming School Facilities Commission. Josephine has impacted the lives of girls in the community as a Girl Scout leader, softball coach, and canoeing instructor. She is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the Community Health Centers of Central Wyoming. Together, they are members of the Rotary Club of Riverton and have made a lasting impact in the community. They are also the proud parents of two children and have four grandchildren.
